Downloaded this and it seems okay for now. Havent received an alert yet. If that works I will be super happy, because I am always forgetting my medications.

I bought this app, hoping that it would make noise to remind me to take medication. It does not alert you if you dont have a wireless connection. NOT WORTH THE 99cents!!!!!

I just downloaded this App and have given it 3 out of 5 stars. It could be better. Sounds with the alerts would be really nice. All things concidered this is the best one I have come across so far but I was still hoping for more.

No alert sounds, no reminding, no pills on time... please update? Otherwise it is a really good app, but not sensibly useful until it starts to make some sounds!

Im not so fussed that I lost a $1 on this app. Im choked because it took so long to find an app I thought would work. This app does not do as advertised, there is no noise along with the reminder (thats lame) the whole purpose is to remind me to take my meds. Secondly their advertisement that is sends remindes to emails is falsley advertised. Do not buy this app its worthless.

I took a chance and bought this even though some reviews said the alerts didnt work, and Im glad I did! It works perfectly! Alerts on time, with pop-ups and sound. You can add multiple schedules, and disable without deleting, which I love. Great app!

Not good at all, unless you keep your eyes on your iPhone/iPod It definitely NEEDS SOUNDS !!!

I just had oral surgery done and I have 5 medications to take and I put the data in and the dosage and times to take it and NOT ONE reminder came up! I just sent an email to the company who made this app and told them that I have missed my meds and now am in extreme pain cause of that and more. People this app is FRAUD!!! they are stealing $0.99 from each person who buys this app. I would love to put this app out of business cause I am very mad cause I hate waking up in extreme pain.

Used to work, but doesnt any more. Recently upgraded to iPhone 5. Dont waste your money.

I downloaded the app and all it does is crash. App opens up then an empty box opens and nothing.... I guess iOS 10 is causing a lot of people grief.

I just installed this app today; so far, it does what I needed, which was send alerts to notify me to take my meds. Would certainly recommend this to others.

This application is NOT worth $1.99. To improve it, please add log to track whether or not you actually took your pill. To male the ad awesome, add a feature that allows you to figure out when you need a refill.

I have been wanting an app that reminds me to take my meds on time. This app does that, like clockwork.

this app will only notify you one time and one time only with a pre set audible alert. So if you dont happen to have your iphone or ipod touch right next to you, or if it is buried in your purse or somewhere out of ear shot and the alert goes off and you dont hear it ? You wont know it is time to take your pill unless you look at your device and actually see the pop up alert. This app needs to have a alert that continues until you actually acknowledge it.

Could be a nice App but needs more polish. Unable to delete pill and time. Has a bug when trying to enter multiple times under a pill; the last time you entered will also change the previous times. This App seemed rushed.

Where can I change the settings on this thing?! I only have the push alerts, but I also want a sound to alert me. I dont seem to find the settings. Not in the app or in my iPhone settings

No ability to delete a reminder, not very user friendly in my opinion.

Perfect for my purposes. If it worked on my Touch out of WiFi range, another star. Alerts can be deleted by swiping left on the med list entry.

It worked 3 times and push reminders have quit. Until the reminders are fixed, its useless. Dont bother. (edit) The following day, all the alerts that were missing, all appeared in the history. What good is that?

I read the directions. Works fine. Only gripe is that I take two medications. One daily and the other twice a week. The reminder comes up for both at the same time my daily meds...therefore does not remind me in the evening for my twice weekly meds. Therefore, I tried telling the app to remind me daily for the nightly med. Nope, continues to remind me in the morning for both meds. Fix this.
